First I do not know what you mean by "an alert".
Second, under what context did you get the "alert"?
Third, just from the image you have provided, it looks like something that your browser has created.

    FWIW:

My old Firefox browser displays the same thing. However, it can process .png files from elsewhere.

    Go figure.

Firefox has been dealing me a fit since it was updated last month. Many websites I used to visit now come up with a message "Secure Connection Failed" when I click on them.
Looks like I need to switch browsers.

Frisco.org is not set up for HTTPS, so the most recent updates to Google Chrome and Firefox browsers will not allow a connection unless you go into the security settings for your browser select "Don't enable HTTPS-only mode" or something similar.

I am of a digitally challenged age, I’m sorry to test anyone’s patience. I could not read any above replies until just now, today, Just kept getting the 400 message. Finally, A computer guru in town here told me to clear all website data from Safari and that seems to have done it. Again, Apology to all that were Aggravated by my inability to get digital things done.

Firefox updated again today and so far (knock on wood) seems to be OK. Maybe enough people squawked about it that they fixed it.

I (briefly) had Firefox installed, but had so much trouble with it, I deleted it and went back to Yahoo and Google. they both work fine.
