That's really something. I may have to rebuild the layout just to incorporate one...just kidding, but it is cool, in spite of the price.

What a beautiful piece of track work artistry!

A friend of mine named Dusty McCoy of Basehor KS has indeed built a model of this using Fast Tracks.

Thanks for sharing this Karl, I was not aware of its existence.

I've toyed with the idea of including a place like Columbus on the upper deck of the layout, I may have to take another look at that...

I would enjoy listening to cars clatter through this crossing. One of my favorite memories is listening to the racket of high-speed Cotton Belt trains crossing over the SL-SF diamond at Rockview and the MoP/Iron Mountain diamond at Delta.

    Chris,

I'm afraid Delta doesn't exist any more. Last week's tornado wiped the whole town off the map.

    So sad.

It's been very gut-wrenching to see the coverage on KFVS and Facebook and to see places I've been familiar with since childhood torn to shreds. Mom and Dad reckon it missed them on the northwest side of Chaffee by a couple miles.

I wish they would make the diamond line crossings in n-scale…

this would be pretty cool to have.
