Long time lurker first time poster. Even though I am a 1986 model year i find my main railroading interests rooted in the Frisco and Mopac lines. I hope to learn a lot from the vast knowledge base here!|-|

Mopac? Never heard of it. Welcome aboard! Do you have a layout or a particular area of interest.

Further research indicates that it was the political action committee that tried to elect this man president:

So, now that you have been brutally jerked around by our resident comedy troupe, do you have a particular area of interest?

I take it all with a grain of salt! I figured that some punk, coming along with a name such as mine, would cause such a disturbance in the force.

    Now to answer some questions...

I actually just started my brand new layout within the last few weeks.
For those of you that do the whole Facebook thing you can follow the layout at: http://www.facebook.com/MopacElkhartLake.

SteamNut, I would gladly share a can of sardines packed in mustard with you. I will bring the Saltines!

Cool. I model a small Frisco branch line circa 1915 in HO but I have a Frisco SD40-2 in HO with DCC/sound and lighting installed by our very own klrwhizkid and an N scale Frisco SD45. I do have an N scale MP boxcar! I'm not a hater:) I think you'll get a lot of use out of this forum.
