Dipping again into the Barham negative box, I'll post some smaller power today, the 4000 class USRA light mikes. First off is the 4028 and 728 sitting at SE Jct tower picking up their clearance form and orders prior to backing down and picking up their train in the yards.
After air tests and all, the pair depart for Memphis and points south with a freight train.

Another pair of doubleheaders, this time with 1400 class 4-6-0s on various River Division freights.

Another pair. The 4029 is fresh out of the paint shop and is heading south. The 4030 is northbound arriving at the junction passing "Monument Valley", Laclede Gas Company's storage tanks which were a landmark in this area. Didn't do much as backdrops for picture taking.
