A snow plow frequented the Burrton Subdivision between Wichita and Ellsworth. It's number was 99082. From the poor picture I have seen of it, it appears to have been home made from an old flat car. Does anyone know any of the specs of this or have a diagram of this or one similar. I believe Enid had some snow removal equipment but I can't recall what kind. Can anyone help? Thanks.

Thanks Paul; that's just the picture I was looking for. I went to Enid this past Saturday for the railroad museum's open house just to look for pictures. They have a few on the wall but the number can't be seen. I found out that the actual flat car in this picture is at the museum, without the plow. It has all been painted except the "Enid" in the center, that has survived. Out of the 20 guys working the open house, not a one knew the number that was originally on this plow. Again, thank you Paul!

After reading the Ex-Frisco Museums All Aboard Magazine Volume 5-3 and still being on a quest for more information about the snow plows, I am back to ask for more. In that issue there is a Frisco Research Service notice that they reprinted a diagram of the snow plows. It was titled "Snow Plow Applied on Flat Cars 94250-94499". Does anyone have that diagram? Does anyone have a picture or know where to find one showing that series of flat car? The ORER gave me all the dimensions but I would like to see a picture. I really want to model a snow plow since I saw one in Ellsworth when I was a child. Was a fascinating thing to watch them bust drifts. I know a scratchbuild is in order and if I am going to all that trouble I may as well do it prototypically. Thanks for any and all help.
