I just happened to be coming out of Dollar General here in Sulligent,AL when a southbound mixed consist came through about 7pm. I didn't think much of it until I saw four little letters on a green covered hopper... "SLSF." I couldn't believe my eyes! I hopped in the truck and ran ahead about 3 mi. to Crews to get this shot. Sorry, but the only camera I had was in my Samsung Rugby II cellphone. The pole blocked out the "1" at the end of the number. I also saw a 1965 built GP39-3. Unfortunately my research at http://www.rrpicturearchives.net/locoPicture.aspx?id=124999 tells me that it isn't ex-SLSF. Still it was pretty cool to see one behind 3 of the more modern pumkins.
