Spotted on the house track at Lenexa, KS during Nov 1973, the former Kansas City is a part of the tie gang's work train. The letter board was still in red and the name was just barely visible behind the new black MOW number. I don't know if it's true, but Frisco Legend states that the fluting for the KC, Memphis, and Birmingham came from the E-7's.
