Believe you mean the overhead crane above the track in the distance. Most likely it is part of the RIP track facilities for lifting the end of a car for truck or wheel set replacement. Otherwise suspect it is located at an adjacent team track for loading / unloading freight. Hope this helps. Thanks! Mark
