Now that the Cedar Hill & Southern owns a large scale 1776 caboose, I am looking for HO & N scale versions for my grandsons. They model in HO & N, so naturally grandpa needs to equip them with matching beese!
    Any help will be appreciated.

    Dan,
This is what I know, but I may be wrong.
There is not one for N scale
There is probably one in HO scale, but probably brass. To my knowledge there isn't a plastic version. Athearn did make the Red and Blue (number 1214?) caboose several years back but it's not the 1776. Tyco made a Frisco 1776 caboose but it is VERY far off from the real thing. It's not an offset wide version cupola like the prototype, it's styled like the Santa Fe type cabooses but it's not very close to that either.
Any one with better info than this please post it.

    Ethan
