This is the other Scale Test Car, It is the Walthers version. Made the handrails from .015 brass wire and installed all them A-Line grab irons. Painted w MM Battleship Gray, and decaled for SL-SF 99157. I will use this one to slow down any speeders on the MRR as it will have a 30MPH speed restriction.
