I know of only one photograph of a train in Greenbrier so I wanted to be able to reproduce the shot as close as practical. I know the boxcars are a bit different but I was going for the "spirit" of the photo. Check out the two photos. It was fun setting up the shot.
Jim, I am purchasing the 41' box cars from Art Griffin, who also has the identical decal for the real picture you posted. The cars will be in shortly, and I'll let you see them. They are one piece resin kits. Once again, stellar performance.
BOY, Jim is putting on a clinic! The photos and the narration are as good or better than some (Most) of Kalmbach's book projects! Tom G.
Jim - Very beautifully done. BUT... the angle is off a little too much. I think you should try a few more shots and I reason that you would nail it! BTW - I am really enjoying your photos, posts, and "how you did it".
