To start with, they really need to know that there isn't a "Frisco Railway" anymore. It all likelyhood there are probably a number of model railroaders and/or railfans right there in Tupelo that could help them with their project. They could start by inquiring at a hobby shop or by asking around if there's a model railroad or railfan club in the area. A commercial sign painter might be good after they get a little guidance. The Port of Catoosa just did an outstanding job of repainting their caboose, probably the best job I've seen yet. I would try to contact them to see how they went about it because it was painted BN green when they got it. Do a search on this site for "Frisco caboose 1882" for the contact numbers. Roger
The caboose in Bentonville was repainted recently. I suppose they had the same sign guy do the logo and lettering. If getting him down from Bentonville wasn't practical, he would probably provide some assistance to a local sign person. He had a template and used a tool like a pounce wheel to get the outline of the Ship It, etc. I will try to track him down if that would help. I haven't talked to him for several years when he did the artwork for the monument folks to put on a stone.
