Friends here have been a great blessing. I would like to make a small effort to pay that kindness forward and offer the car set below to anyone on this site for their layout (not to accept and re-sell), for only the cost of shipment: As you can see, they are not weathered, and may have a few dings to the ladders. This is an Athearn set of Thrall gondolas, marked for Kansas City Power and Light. I do not see running these on my layout anytime soon, and am afraid that they will just deteriorate in storage. Continuing to try and decrease the collection a bit. A second item to pay forward is this GP-40-2. It is an Athearn RTR, but has DCC and Sound. Sountraxx Tsunami, but not the latest version. The beacon works and I think the class lights. A bit low in detail otherwise, it would make a nice starting DCC model or one for regular operations without concern about damaging the details. (see thumbnail images). It is a bit dusty on the walkways and roof, but I did run and test it yesterday. I have very little stuff now beyond the transition era. Again, for cost of shipping I will offer to any Frisco.org member that would like to have for their own layout and use. Probably $15-$20 for shipping. First come. PM please. -Bob T.
