Looks similar to the system I brought up a while back (can't remember the name now) but it lets you use your existing system. Looks like it would be nice, but the problem would be fitting it in a loco. I know they said they would make smaller stuff int he future, but I can see it being a problem fitting all of that inside a loco. But I would probably press down on the motor so bad (in a diesel, not a steamer if you used the tender) that it would really hurt performance. Ethan
I watched the video and to say the least I am unimpressed. This is a Giant step backwards technology wise in my opinion. Look closely at their "reciever". Huge is a word that comes to mind. Battery powered loco. Think of the cost not to mention hassle. With strides being made with two way Radio in Digital Command Control this thing is a waste of money. But hey that is just my Opinon I could be wrong. Bob Wintle MMR Retired Electronics Technician
In my opinion, it may find a home in S, O, or G gauge, because the big limitation is battery capacity and size. For G gaugers, it mirrors what has already been done by some other companies.
