    Hello All,

After moving to Oklahoma from Utah three years ago, I have gained a new appreciation for the Frisco. I am now researching a location on the Frisco in Oklahoma City that I hope to model on a set of Free-mo modules. The location is the siding (first one west of the OKC station) between Agnew and May avenues.

Going into this project, I have some photos I have taken and images from google maps and MSN live maps. What I would like to find out is more about the history of this location, a good place would be the sidings name! While I intend to model it as it is now, I am interested in knowing w hen certain industries were built, when others stopped getting railservice, etc.

    Best,
    Adam Eastman

    Welcome Aboard, Adam. :)
Hope that you enjoy the Forum as much as I do, however, I must ask a simple question.
WHY would you move from Utah to Oaklahoma? :D

That would be Long Siding. The next siding was Lillard Park. (I think Lillard Park Siding is gone now). I don't know why they were named Long and Lillard Park.
