Ok, just sent it your way. I thought maybe you had already shipped the GP38-2 so I didn't know if I should add S&H. Roger

    Two more Kadee's:
Here is Kadee #4001, a Monon (CIL, later MON) 40-ft PS-1 box car, box car red all over. This is a notable Kadee RTR box car - it was the very first of what has become a long series of outstanding Kadee RTR HO models. Makes sense - the Monon was one of the first railroads to support the Pullman Standard PS-1 box car product. I grew to like watching the Monon while at Purdue in graduate school in 1967-1968 - it ran right through the middle of Lafayette, IN. This car has 6-ft Youngstown doors, was built in Dec, 1952. This is CIL 729. See the pic. It carries the "M" Hoosier Line logo on the car sides.
Almost all of the Kadee cars I have, and will be offering here, are out of stock at Kadee. This one went out of stock way back there - on January 20, 1998. List price was $28.95. Try to find this old one somewhere! Price to frisco.org is $22 (less than the $24-$28 normal eBay offering price for 40-ft PS1's). Shipping cost is $7 in a Priority Mail box - items can be combined to save on shipping costs. Car comes in its original box, as far as I can recall, this one is unopened. Thanks. (SOLD)

Here is Kadee #8042, a Frisco 2-bay, 2003 ft3 PS-2 covered hopper, LO, the usual alkali color all over. This one has the notched roof hatch covers common on many PS-2's. Build date was Dec 1958. This is SLSF 84036, one of the many PS-2's the Frisco employed. The Kadee model is the best example of this popular car in my opinion - I've tried them all! See the pic. It carries the usual bold FRISCO name on the car sides.
Almost all of the Kadee cars I have, and will be offering here, are out of stock. Not this one - it is still available from Kadee, but not at my price. List price is $42.95. Price to frisco.org is $33 (less than the eBay offering prices as well). Shipping cost is $7 in a Priority Mail box - items can be combined to save on shipping costs. Car comes in its original box, this one is unopened. Thanks. (SOLD)

    Here are some more Kadees:

Kadee #7038, an AAR standard 50-ton 2-bay offset side, open hopper car, in red oxide with a beautiful Frisco black/white coonskin herald and white lettering/numbers. This is SLSF 90601. It has a Kadee lump egg coal load. I think these Kadee's are the best version of the AAR standard two-bay hopper ever offered. Kadee's price for this car was $40.95. It went out of stock at Kadee on Jan 17, 2013. Build date is May, 1948, good for both the b/y and o/w diesel era. It has all the usual Kadee extras, and has not been out of the box. Mint! Price on eBay for these is $35-$38.
Price to frisco.org folks is $33. Shipping is $7, but can be combined with other purchases to save ship cost. Payment as described in the postings above. Beautiful car - see pic. (SOLD)

Here is Kadee #5113, a Frisco (SLSF) 40-ft PS-1 box car, red oxide color all over with a black roof and black roof walk. This one has an 8-ft Youngstown door, built in June, 1951. This is SLSF 17554. See the pic. It carries the "Frisco Fast Freight" logo. Though the car is mint, note the box lit has a minor crack in it. This is the way it came from Kadee, a common problem. The car is totally undamaged.
Almost all of the Kadee cars I have, and will be offering here, are out of stock at Kadee. This one went out of stock on June 23, 2002. List price was $29.95. Price to frisco.org is $21 (less than the $24-$28 normal eBay offering price for 40-ft PS1's). Shipping cost is $7 in a Priority Mail box - items can be combined to save on shipping costs. Car comes in its original box. Thanks. (SOLD)

Ken, I'll take the Kadee #7083 Hopper and the Kadee #5113 PS-1 Box. Let's put those two together with the Kadee #8042 covered hopper and ship them. Please provide a total.

I'll think about the Monon hopper for later.

Ken--Do you happen to have a copy of "Southern Pacific in Color, Volume TWO," by Jim Boyd. If you have one to sell, your price + S&H.

OK Keith, I'll give you the totals tonight.

Do consider the Monon hopper - nice car, great model (as is the Frisco car!). Last Kadee hopper I'll be offering.

More - Kadee #5254, a Frisco (SLSF) 40-ft PS-1 box car, red oxide color all over with a aluminun/stainless/galvanized roof walk. This one has an 8-ft Youngstown door, built in May, 1956. This is SLSF 19073. See the pic. It carries the famous "Ship it on the Frisco" logo. Nice looking car.
Almost all of the Kadee cars I have, and will be offering here, are out of stock at Kadee. This one went out of stock on March 25, 2004. List price was $29.95. Price to frisco.org is $22 (less than the $24-$28 normal eBay offering price for 40-ft PS1's). Shipping cost is $7 in a Priority Mail box - items can be combined to save on shipping costs. Here is Kadee #4015, a Santa Fe (ATSF) 40-ft PS-1 box car, dark Tuscan red color all over. This one has a 6-ft Youngstown door, built in Jun, 1950; was shopped in Feb, 1968. This is ATSF 31440. See the pic. It carries the "Route of the Super Chief" logo on one side, the ATSF system map on the other. The Super Chief was the Santa Fe's premier passenger train of the diesel era. ATSF cars such as this one certainly appeared on Frisco rails.

Here is Kadee #5224, a Cotton Belt (St. Louis Southwestern) 40-ft PS-1 box car, box car red color all over with black ends. This one has an 8-ft Youngstown door (as opposed to the 6-panel 8-ft Superior door on my earlier Cotton Belt listing above - still available!), built in Oct, 1955. This is SSW 34738. See the pic. Note the great looking Cotton Belt "Blue Streak Fast Freight" logo.
Almost all of the Kadee cars I have, and will be offering here, are out of stock at Kadee. This one went out of stock on March 30, 2000. List price was $28.95. Price to frisco.org is $22 (less than the $24-$28 normal eBay offering price for 40-ft PS1's). Shipping cost is $7 in a Priority Mail box - items can be combined to save on shipping costs. Car comes in its original box, unopened. Thanks. (SOLD)
