N Scale Heavyweight Passenger Car and Express Car Decals

Howdy folks,

I happened across a set of S and HO scale decals for Frisco Express Cars and Heavyweight Passenger cars on the website for Circus City decals. I reached out to the owner - Matthew Welke - and inquired about him scaling them down for N scale.
