From Richard Crabtree on Frisco Rails Across Missouri: Here we have the Frisco depot at Montier, Missouri on the Current River Branch. The station agent was Aulander William "Lannie" Eagan. Mr. Eagan started soon after the first photograph was taken. He moved here with his wife Minnie Etta Bradley-Eagan and daughters Olive Pearl and Mattie Ruth. Bessie Lee and Opal Irene would be born at Montier. Mr. Eagan career with the Frisco stretch 33 years. He and his wife Minnie would die about a year apart 1947 (M) and 1948 (E). Jeff and I have a pet peeve about the use of the term, Station Master. Station agent and/or operator are proper terms. The cap badge proves the point.
