I'm still working on completing the album till it matches the "Manufactured N Scale Releases" matrix. It also has photos of some of my models that were custom painted and a few Missouri Pacific and Santa Fe models. I can take some today and tomorrow, but most will have to be on Wednesday when I go to the train club where most of my stuff is.
That would be great Jeff. Please be sure to put a lot of light on the cars. I used part of my layout and set up two 60 watt desk lamps. Also turned on all of the overhead lights in the room and adjoining rooms. Place the desk lamps on a 45 degree to the cars. If you have more light use it. Once you have the spot set place the cars one at a time and have fun. You can go to my album titled" Frisco Collection " to see my photos. Joe

How about Texas Special E-7 diesels with fluted stainless steel sides, but this time with CORRECT details, not like the sorry Con-Cor and Lionel et al offerings. It seems like SOME manufacturer one of these times, just once could do a believable Texas Special!!! Tom G.
Tom, I'm not aware of any E-7 models being manufactured without custom painting and decals. If they are out there please let me know!!! The criteria for the Manufactured N Scale Releases Matrix is the model has to be a factory release including paint and road number. Joe
The Broadway Limited has an E-7, but of course it doesn't have fluted sides. I guess it's too much to ask for. I always hoped Kato would do a Texas Special/Meteor but I guess they'll just keep doing Santa Fe, UP and PRR... Tom G.
