Any idea when Jeffreys station was removed?

 

Destroyed by fire October, 1919.

 

Oh wow, and was it never replaced? I’m assuming passengers in Hickman Mills had to flag the train then?

 

At the time of the fire, the station was closed. It was not rebuilt.

Looking through other documents, I believe that the station may have been closed shortly after the merger with the Memphis Road (1901).
