I caught the first part of the movie 1981 Jaws of Satan. It shows a carnival train, with a locomotive in the Frisco orange and white colors and finally you get to see the Frisco on the side. The movie shows to have
been filmed in Alabama, but no mention of the train. One scene shows the train approaching the junction
of two tracks like a V, and it is on the right side and keeps moving to the bottom.
I apologize if this movie has been posted before.
There are several passenger cars 3 to 5 and about 5 freight cars, but you can't read any names on them.

I saw some discussion on this a long time ago, I thought it on this site but I can't find the info using the search tool...Anyway a fella that worked for Frisco on the R Line while the movie was being made told us the opening scene was filmed at Boligee, AL. off of the HWY 7 bridge & the rest was filmed between Boligee & Demopolis, AL. He said the movie train would tie up at Boligee on the track to the left every night...That's about all I remember...One more thing the opening scene I saw was a second longer than the one on YouTube & you could tell it had a brown/red 1200-series caboose on the end but it was to dark to get a number...Roger

Paul, I agree a great scene, but I really hates me some snakes. And that is a GP40-2, you can tell by the front anti-climber, and there are 3 radiator fans instead of 2 on a GP38, also a small piece of a number board reveals it looks to be the 767.
