    Hi, folks,
my name is Bruce Clemens. I'm a teacher at Ozarks Technical Community College here in Springfield, and I am planning a large scale model of the Frisco Northern that's on display in a park nearby.

My dad and I went to see it today and I was very impressed with the locomotive's presentation and the volunteers working on a very hot Saturday to help people learn about Springfield's railroad legacy ;)

    I have a web site:
    http://www.avantcard.biz
that showcases some of the work my wife and I do with a wonderful piece of equipment that we have recently acquired, a laser engraver / cutter. I want to use this machine to produce a model of this locomotive that will be quite large and impressive.

I think this forum will help me get the information I need to accomplish that.
Best regards from the sweltering heat of one of the great cities that were a part of the Frisco line ;)
    Cheers!
    Bruce

    Howdy Bob,

Thanks for the introduction. Hopefully, you'll find all the information that you need about the Frisco. There are several large scale modelers here who have posted photos of the work they have done.

    Best Regards,
    mike
