Our turkey is in the oven with two hours left to cook.

I'm thankful for all the friendly people on this forum and their families, hope you have a great day and be safe.

We had a great Thanksgiving: Our daughter and grand daughter came over... oh and "him", too.

Anyway, wife did a great job on the stuff she prepares, and the daughter loved my custard pie.. so it was all good!

Hope you all had a great time with your families.

The best and biggest discount mall in SW Florida is here - Miromar, on I-75 south of RSW. It's huge, and very nice. They opened tonight at 7pm. At 6pm the TV news was there - the parking lots were already half full. The stores will remain open clear until tomorrow night's late closing. Crazy! I can't believe there will be people there at 4am.

    Happy Thanksgiving!

All our children and grandchildren are here as well as my parents. Brother in law, mother in law and her my "step father in law (?)" will be here Fri.

Broke out the n scale train for the grandchildren today.

Will celebrate our Christmas with the whole crew Friday, since we can't all get together at Christmas. :)

Nice to hear everyone's favorite dishes/tradituons. My only culinary contribution is to prepare the colorfully-named "turkey carcass soup" by roasting the bird remnants and boiling w/water to make several quarts of stock for later use.

Hope that all Fresco Folk are having a safe and happy Thanksgiving.

    Best Regards,
