Does anyone know if the Frisco had cabooses like the side door version Hallmark did several years ago?
I am on a caboose painting kick and would like to give this car a correct number if such a prototype existed. I have never seen a picture of a wooden car with platforms on both ends.

Weren't they later 1127 & 1128? I have one, but I can't remember the number I gave it. Probably 1128. Nice models. They even include the conductor's air whistles on the end platforms. I painted mine Floquil DH-10 Caboose Red.

They were 27 and 27. Don't know if they got renumbered later.
Great color for Frisco cabooses and boxcars of old is Duplicolor red primer in a rattle can at O'Reilly's. Perfect match.
