:) I came across this phone book from 1978 that list all of the stations, address, head of departments, etc... There are alot of names in here that people may recognize. Anyone wanting information (all be it is from the 70's) on family memebers, it may be helpful.

So if it is ok with Mike, and others express interest, I will post it as a PDF file since it is well over 100 pages.

If this is common book, and or many others have copies, then I will not.

    Take care, Paul

Yep... That's my father. When this directory was produced, I was out of the house and living in Golden, CO. After his roadmaster days, he worked as a "resident engineer", and participated in the rebuilding of Cherokee Yd, Tennessee Yd, and the construction of the Frisco's rock quarry at Tishomingo, OK. He moved into the "weed control" position, and he joked about eradicating all of the marijuana that grew along the Frisco ROW.

There are several other names that I recognize, and to whom my father introduced me. Lovelady was the KC Term Supt, when we lived there. George Warfel was my dad's boss; he is deceased. Newman was our next-door neighbor in Springfield. He was active in the group that care takes the 4524. His health is poor

    :) Hello All

Well I was given the go ahead to copy the phone book and post for all of you to look over. If I get it done tonight I will post it. I will have to see how big the file is. I may need to send it to mike to put on the server.

I will let you know soon, Paul
