The longer I surf all of the neat stuff on this site the more I continue to learn about the Frisco. The Märklin caboose in Z scale is pattered after the Santa Fe steel design they used when they released the metal/plastic version in the 60s in HO. So, given you got the urge to model or just collect some Frisco in Z scale, there is a caboose that will do just right in the 1100 series. Great "way back over yonder" scene in N scale like John Allen did on his original GD after he extended it. A photo appears in the book "Model Railroading with John Allen". Joe Toth
