I apologize for the poor quality of these scans. The Frisco ETT's that were used from at least the mid-20's to the early 30's were large documents, 14"x17". This is too big for the table on my scanner, and I used a copy machine to photographically reduce them to a size that would fit. I'll have to try another approach.

By August of 1933, the Cherry Valley Br., the Winkler Br., and the Sligo Br. were still extant. The Aurora Br had been abandoned between Miller and South Greenfield, and had been assigned to the Eastern Div. Rail service still extended to Chadwick, Mo. The Leaky Roof, aka Osceola Sub, was a mere shadow of it's former self. By this time the tracks were gone between Olathe, KS and Belton, MO. Osceola Sub trains tied up in Grandview, and used KCS engine facilities for servicing. Between South Clinton and Tracy Jct, Osceola Sub trains used the Highline. This is probably a last look at these operations before the effects of the Great Depression and the onslaught of private automobiles took their toll.

The SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS provide other insights with regard to operation. For example, by comparing the Bridge Class Rating of each Subdivision, the Bridge Class of each engine, the Tonnage Class of each locomotive, and Tonnage Rating of each locomotive, its possible to infer which locomotive classes might have operated over a given Sudivision.

The 4300's were still 3 years away, and the spot class 2-10-2's still held sway between St Louis and Springfield.
