My grandfather worked as a lineman on the QA&P for much of his working career. He was forced into retirement in 1954 due to a back injury sustained while working on the Frisco.

I'm currently transitioning from HO to O scale. Recently I bought a couple of O scale pulpwood cars and want to paint and letter them for Frisco. Does anyone have any photos or info on Frisco pulpwood cars? All I know is that they were yellow with black lettering, but I've only found one photo.

    Thanks,

Paul, go to this site: http://condrenrails.com/frisco.html for two good pictures of pulpwood cars. This site is great for Frisco fans for both history and modeling purposes.

Thanks for the post and the info. If I ever get these two US Hobbies cars painted and lettered, I'll post some photos.
