I wonder where this color rendition of the TEXAS FLASH appeared.
    Any guesses?

The TEXAS FLASH started up on May 12, 1946 between Kansas City-Tulsa-Dallas.
A note in the ad in the Tulsa World states it replaced the FIREFLY.
I thought the FIREFLY was a K.C.- OKC train.

When the Texas Flash began its operation, the Firefly disappeared from the timetables. The Frisco changed/discontinued Firefly operations between Tulsa and OKC on several occasions.

Not to be confused with Rock Island's FIREFLY!
