Does anyone have access to a vector file for the Frisco coonskin?

I wish I could be smart enough to convert raster to vector.

 

Simply put, a raster image when enlarged and a jagged edge and Vector has a smooth edge. I have some great artwork that I wish I knew how to convert to vector.

 

Yes. My son Kurt wants the vector image coonskin file. When enlarged, it maintains its sharp clarity, within reason.
