Do you see an image below or a link to an image? If you see an image, there is probably no need to read further.

On another thread it was recently discovered that many people see links to images rather than the images themselves.

Why? There are many settings you can control. The administrators of the site control the default settings. When someone joins things are set to the defaults. Members can change the settings from there.

Problem: Many users do not understand all of the settings or even know that they are there.

If you are not seeing images in posts you are missing out.

We recently discovered that the default settings did not allow people to see images when they joined. This has now been changed so this should not affect new members.

Solution: Click here. On the page that loads, scroll down to where you see the words Thread Display Options.

There are three boxes, Show Signatures, Show Avatars, and Show Images. If any or all of those boxes are unchecked, check them.

Scroll down and click "Save changes."

    You are all set. :)
