Terry, looks like you figured out that message I sent you. And yes that is as short as I could put it for you. Any way, this looks a little better than the ppre production photo we all saw. If I could find one for less than $90 then I would be willing to buy one, but I wil NOT dish out $170 for one of these. I will check a few sites and if I find any good deals on these I will post them here.
Ok, now that I have control of the laptop from my parents again I can now look for deals on these locomotives with out sound unless noted. Looks like $120 at model train stuff. http://www.modeltrainstuff.com/category_s/1547.htm $162 w/o or $252 w/sound at toy train heaven http://www.toytrainheaven.com/.sc/ms/cat/HO Locos Stewart Traditional--GE U-25b That's all I could find so it looks like the best place is model train stuff. I checked ebay and none on there.
Terry, model train stuff doesn't do pre ordering. You can make a product request (before and after something comes out) but they don't doo pre ordering.
Re: U25B Evening all. Seeing as the subject of this thread is U-25B's,today at a Swap Meet at my local hobbyshop,I paid for one of the new Bowser U25B's,and I must say, they are sweet. I have engine #825,and I am pleased with it. I hope to post some photos of it soon. William..
