The austerity budget implemented after moving from Cincinnati to St Louis is easing somewhat. The CFO has authorized a small requisition for detail parts. Two GP7s, one GP38-2, and one E8 will be the first to receive minor detail upgrades (speed recorders, rotating beacons etc...). Thanks Ken... Not a lot, but it's a start. Most equipment survived the trip. Some equip. was damaged prior to the transfer.
