    I guess the GM&O doodlebug that ran across northern Missouri was maybe one of the last few active ones anyplace.

    The border on the prints is very similar to borders on photos that were taken in the middle to late 1920s that are in my wife's family albums.

    One photograph in the album has a different border, but has a date of 1930.

    The borders that are similar to the ones of the motor car are slightly earlier, perhaps in the 1926 to 1927 period.

    Most all snapshots from your Baby Brownie had borders on them when they came back from the drugstore.
