Does anyone have a book that might state what consolidations numbers the Frisco used to make the Mikes 1350 to 1356? I would like to know for an article that is being wrote.

    Thanks!!

    According to "Frisco Power"
    1341 to 1350 (8-45)
    1313 to 1351 (11-43)
    1321 to 1352 (6-44)
    1322 to 1353 (9-44)
    1316 to 1354 (5-45)
    1318 to 1355 (10-45)
    1342 to 1356 (3-46)

    Hope this helps

NKP--You might try "Alibris" or "Abe Books," internet used and new book sellers for a copy pf "Frisco Power." Also Lloyd Stagner's soft cover book "Frisco Steam Finale" might be of interest to you also.

Every once in a while you can get lucky and find Frisco Power for under $100.00, but at those prices they go fast.

What's the status of 1351 and 1352? I heard a rumor that someone in Ohio is restoring one of them. 1351 was in Fairgrounds Park Memphis and 1352 in Swope Park KC for years until the park managements got rid of them. The last time I was in Pensacola, 1355 was still in the street median.

NKP--Since those books are becoming so rare, why don't you check with your library? Even if they're not in your local library, you can borrow them through the inter-library system. And maybe photocopy a few pages of interest. Better than nothing...

The organization American Steam Railroad is restoring #1352. I'm the current head person of the American Steam Rairlaod and we have entered into an agreement and have purchased #1352 from its current owner in IL. So yes a Frisco Locomotive will be moving to Ohio and we'll enter her new career in excursion service.

Feel free to check us out on the Web at www.americansteamrailroad.org.

Thank-you for everyone's help and if any has any more photo's they are willing to send our group for an article that is being wrote please send them to steven.harvey@americansteamrailroad.org.

    Thanks!!
