    I visited the Denver Public Library site and found a treasure trove of Otto Perry pictures, among them this one.

    Cool picture. Don't see very much from that corner of the system.

    Did they have a date for the photo?

    It looks like the road number is 158.

    This is part of a series showing these little locos bucking snow in Kansas. The search criteria is "SLSF." I think.

    Giving this a bump...does anyone know of a photo relating to the "Kansas Midland," the predecessor (I think) to the Frisco in Ellsworth?
