I'm offering a brass scratchbuilt "Project" Frisco 1040-1050 which is surplus in my shop. It has the correct boiler/cab and tender scratchbuilt. The running gear is a Toby 4-8-2 with frame cut down. Plenty of custom castings such as headlight/number plate, tender toolbox,domes,"chickencoop" pilot and a lot of available castings. Runs nicely and it would be a great project to hone your detailing skills and brass building. I am in search of a Toby Frisco 1500 4-8-2 for another project. It can be a basket case, junker or whatever and I don't even need a tender with it.
