    i wanted to add to Roger Taylor's efforts on the caboose information.

    In regard to the 1300 series cabooses additional info;
    1305 in Birmingham AL, not stencilled "Birmingham Terminal", red blk background coonskin, normal box fuel tank
    1326 in Pensacola, FL, not stencilled assignment, yellow, blk outline coonskin, normal box fuel tank, note that the number "2" in 1326 looks like it has been added later, therefore it could be the 1306 yellow in Memphis?
    1327, 1329 Assgnd BIRMINGHAM TERMINAL, red, Wht outline coonskin, upright 40 gal drum fuel tank
    1338 Assgnd KC Terminal, red, blk background coonskin, unknown fuel tank, probably upright 40 gal drum fuel tank, from the photo.

    Latest photo I have of 1776 in the Bi-Centennial scheme, June 1978.

    Nick-
    Thanks for the info! I'll add the terminal assignments of the transfer cabs to the list. There is a photo of the 1306 from All Aboard from the Frisco Museum 8-9/1990 issue page 14 taken in Memphis, TN. in May 1971. Unfortunately, I only saw one 1300-series cab personally, that was the 1337 in Kansas City on 12/31/77. Roger

    Frisco transfer cab 1326 sits at Pensacola on 14 Jun 1978; note the modified third digit, which was mentioned in an earlier post.

    Tom Holley,
    I noticed your very nice Frisco Transfer Caboose model today, I am in the process of building my transfer cabooses, how did you model the ladder steps in each corner of the flat car? Were they purchased or did you have to make them? if so, how?
