I bought what was listed and what I thought was an undecorated USRA Light Mikado off a site. The seller shipped me a USRA Light Pacific instead. It's a nice loco, but not correct for the Frisco at all. Is it even close to any Frisco Pacifics, or any neighboring railroads?

Maybe it could pass for a stand-in for an early 20th century passenger loco.

The seller said he would refund my money and I can reship. Post office is closed for a while, though. Have to decide if it can be Big Ten Hundred or not.

The loco is an Oriental Limited Powerhouse by Samhongsa. It's nice loco, so I decided to keep it. The seller listed 2x 2-8-2s for sale; I'm guessing the young man selling it didn't even realize it was a different loco from the one he pictured in his listing.
I noticed on random media that this picture popped up:

To my eye, that looks like a USRA Pacific standing in for a Big Ten hundred. There's precedent!
If not I can always flip it.
