Hello All - would there be any interests here for Frisco and Mopac modernized heavyweight coaches and RPO’s in N Scale from a 3D printer? It appears that if the demand is high enough, the price may be worth it. Shapeways has done a superb job of modernized turtle back heavy weights from other roads. Just a though for high detail and prototypical accuracy.

I'm interested, but it does depend on the price. Also, are we talking about just shells or the whole car? Also would these be unpainted or not?

    Where's Tom @TAG1014 ? He's the N-scaler/Passenger car expert...

I would certainly be interested in a modernized heavyweight coach and RPO. The heavyweight lounge cars ( “Kansas City”, Memphis” and “Birmingham” ) used on the Kansas City-Florida Special would also be useful.

    Pete,
Has there been any traction on this project? I am interested, as well!

I'm definitely interested. Have three sets of Frisco light weight passenger cars and heavy weight cars but they are Santa Fe. Have thought about redoing some of them with Frisco decals and if I remember right have the decals in my collection.
