Arnold released a SW-1500 in the late 60's but I have only heard of it from a friend, never seen one. Does anyone have one or know anything else about it? If so please let us know everything about it. I heard it wasn't a very good runner though.

Here is more than you wanted to know about them:

    http://www.spookshow.net/loco/rivsw1500.html

This is the same shell that has been released over the years under the Atlas, Rivarossi, and ConCor names. ( some of the ConCor versions have a kato mechanism ). I have a couple of the ConCor versions from the late 1990s. ( with a split frame chassis... the post Kato version... )

Paul, that's a lot of verbiage to digest. It may take me a while to understand it all. What I'm really needing is road numbers, stock numbers and release dates for the Frisco units, cow and calf. Do you happened to know some of them?

    Thank you for your help!!!

To the best of my knowledge, there was never a Frisco version.

I have updated the Manufactured Releases Matrix with new items. Altogether there are 360 items!!! I started the matrix around 2008 with 78 items, if I remember correctly.

There are some steam locomotives that I added to show what is available for the different wheel arrangements, some may be manufactured by other companies than what is listed. The steam locomotives I added do not count towards the the total.

Would someone please tell me if the Manufactured Releases Matrix shows up when you click on the file. I had to go to the library to post the matrix because I don't have internet connection at home. Just about all of my posts are written on my phone.
    Your help is greatly appreciated!!!

The new items added besides steam locomotives total 17 items.

First is a couple of B30-7 road numbers 863 and 870. Atlas.

Next is a couple of SW-1500 road numbers 325 and 351. MicroTrains. Would someone please tell me if they were released last year.

Auto Rack road number 410424. Athearn

Three Boxcars road numbers 8617, 8620 and 8622. Athearn.

Couple of Boxcars road numbers unknown. MicroTrains.
Please let me know if you have any road numbers.

    Hopper road number 84040. Atlas.

Last, Hoppers road numbers unknown.Trainworx. Please help.

Please let me know if you can help with road numbers and release dates. Your help is greatly appreciated.

    Thank you,
    Joe

Edit: to change the verbiage in the last paragraph so it makes sense. LOL.

These have not been released yet. They were originally scheduled for February, but Microtrains is running behind.

I'm in the process of updating the N Scale Manufactured Releases matrix and was wondering if there are any new releases besides the MicroTrains SW1500's and a caboose.

Your help with this is greatly appreciated.

There are the RailSmith passenger cars as discussed in this thread:
    http://www.frisco.org/shipit/index.php?threads/possible-new-frisco-lightweight-passenger-cars.11524/

Bluford shops and Atlas both have bay window cabooses announcements.
    http://www.bluford-shops.com/bluford_93_009.htm ( due soon... )
    https://shop.atlasrr.com/c-1536-n231.aspx ( due next year )

Athearn has announced plug door boxcars ( but I can’t find them on the Athearn website)

Thank you Paul for the announcements for new Frisco units. I'm looking more for items that have been released to add to the matrix. It doesn't include upcoming releases because not all announcements sadly see the light of day.

I have the SW1500s, the 2 yellow transfer cabooses and all the RailSmith stuff delivered to date. Let me know if you need pictures.

I will also forward pics of a tuscan caboose that I purchased off eBay that appears to be factory stenciled but does not appear on the spreadsheet. I get back home Monday evening if the Darlington race does not rain out.

Thank you Jeff for your list.
Have they all been released or are there some that are announcements?
I remember some but not sure on others.
