Posting for a friend that was going to get into modeling in O scale a few decades back. He specified no price, so if you're interested shoot me an offer.

First item is an all plastic 34 foot 2 bay open hopper with the name "WMS REPRO LTD" cast in the center beam. Has sprung trucks and Kadees. Decals fair to less-than-fair. Good candidate for weathering job. :)

Second is an all 40 foot metal boxcar with wooden floor. Couplers are non-operating. missing brake wheel, but can see brass construction under the missing part. Decals are pretty nice. Trucks seem good but are not sprung.

Third is an unpowered die cast metal U25b. Fairly heavy and has no manufacturer's id on it at all. Good looking engine. Power trucks would make it pull really well.

Finally is a "Locomotive Shops" brass decapod kit. Appears all there but I can't be sure. Looks like everything is there including instructions, small parts, electric motor, NWSL and Cal Scales bags of parts.

If your interested LMK. You are probably a better judge of worth on these items than I am.

    Dust is free... Thanks!

  2. Ask what he would like for the U25b if possible. I have no idea what they sell for??? Never saw one before? Thanks

Yea, I haven't either. When I first saw it I thought it was a Cary shell, but I believe they cast their names into the inside. I'll ask tomorrow.

Never knew that there was a "brass kit" for a decapod. I did know that about the time of my first marriage dissolution that someone like PFM was going to import a model which I had planned to get - but it did not happen.
Is there a tender? Does not appear so?

From what I've been able to find on the 'net, "The Locomotive Shop" was a small outfit but had a good following.

Yes there is a tender. The tender body, center sill, and trucks occupy the left side of the picture, however it looks like the decapod has just now been spoken for.
