Does anyone have any information on the little MFA switcher pictured in the Frisco Archive?

Tom, my in-laws lived in Mexico, MO for 40+ years before my father-in-law retired from Missouri Military Academy and retired to Columbia. While they weren't really train folk, I'll see if either one of them know folks who would know, or who would have worked at MFA back then.

    Best Regards,

I don't know the date of the photo but the little engine looks almost new or at least we'll maintained.
