Can anybody provide drawings or any other information concerning ALL underbody components of Frisco's HW passenger cars? I need this info for my model of car 844. I'm also looking for a GOOD CLEAR copy of the drawing/schematic of the caboose/combine cars. I'm having trouble reading the dimension numbers. I also need to know what year they started using "Dulux Gold" to letter passenger equipment. Anybody have any Frisco passenger decals in O scale they would part with? Thanks! Tim
Tim, I think I started to reply to this but never did. Insofar as I know, I've not seen any underside drawings or plans for any of the heavyweights. I've seen some documents that indicate the type of A/C unit. I have a couple of old magazine articles that I use as a guide for "generic" underbody detail references. I think one was from Bill Darnaby's series on kitbashing HW cars for his Maumee Route; other is a RMC article that I think focuses on underbody detail - I'll have to find it and confirm.
