This item just sold on eBay. Does anyone know the specific application for this drinking fountain? Was it from a passenger car or from a depot location?

I never saw a "bubbler" on a psgr car, which usually had a paper cup dispenser for water, which came from a gravity-feed spigot. The spigot was a push-button affair much like an igloo cooler.

Back in the late 70's I seen a similar one in a bunk car, they were getting ready to scrap. I was wondering around in the car looking for relic's and the special agent stopped "Robinson" great guy. He helped me look, but their wasn't much left. Still it is fun to look through those old cars. One time in the 70's.
