My comments and assistance would be in the form of punctuation and sentence structure because I am having hard time understanding the whole lot.
This reminds me of so many of the letters I received back when Model Railroader magazine published my address for the Frisco Modelers' Information Group. I'd usually reply with a letter asking for the sender to tell me a little about their model railroad. Very few replied to my reply. I finally wrote to MR and requested them to not publish my address. Another favorite was "Please send me everything you have about the Frisco Railway."
That sounds about as broad of "scope creep" as I've ever heard. How many letters a week do you think you received, Doug? And, oh, to actually receive correspondence in one's mailbox. Now that I think about it, I hope that I didn't put out a similar request when I first found the FMIG's online presence c. 1994. There was a lot that I wanted to know and learn about the Frisco. Best Regards,
Be kind gentleman; not all folks were gifted with the glories of good grammar. This person is asking for help. With all good intent, mike c
However sincere this person might be and however much we'd like to help, he's got to give us something more to work with... Tom G.
The bottom line is, they want to know where to sell it and to know what it is worth. With no pictures and a poor description, I think my response was appropriate.
