Lawton, OK depot. How can I get a copy of the depot and yard employees photograph? I am looking for H. B. Taylor in the photograph but the picture is not clear even when I enlarge it. I am really excited to find this information and any other photographs you may have of him in the 1920s. Thanks!
Lawton, OK depot. The photograph that Frisco Meteor posted came from the Springfield-Greene County Public Library's digital collection of the Frisco Employee Magazine. Here's the link: http://thelibrary.springfield.missouri.org/lochist/frisco/magazines/magazines.cfm Look for the September 1925 issue. The search mechanism is rudimentary, and finding items can entail lots of manual effort. The magazines are in Adobe PDF format, and the character string search can drill down into the issue, and find the name that you seek. Regrettably, the resolution of the image on this thread will be the same resolution in the pdf file. Perhaps a direct inquiry with the library will get you a better image.
