    Can anyone identify the location of this photo of Frisco 1243, from the double water towers, sand tower, etc.?

    That sand tower is like none that I can recall seeing anywhere else on Frisco territory.

    Anyone know the story behind it, whether it was a Frisco standard plan or from an outside manufacturer?

    I am not certain that the Frisco had a standard plan.

    The drawing located in the thread referenced below would seem to indicate that their design was of an ad hoc and homemade nature.
