Once more, thanks for the help last time, I am looking for HO scale Frisco steam decals. I have a friend who is scratch building several locos and of course no one currently makes decals. He is building a 1500 in the Pullman green with gold strips, a consol in black and 4502 in Meteor blue. I have a list and will buy anything I can get. Most are older Champ sets: EH 256 - Steam Freight White EH 263 - Steam Pass Gold S-39 - HO Doric Bronze Gold Stripes HD 25D - Pass Scroll Dulux Gold 250253 And of course Odd Ball Meteor #811 Any help would be appreciated. 1500s were never painted Pullman Green. Only the 183-187 for a short while in the late '20s-early '30s.
Thanks to Terry for the decals we needed, except the Meteor, and I found some more at the show in Springdale today. Don this fellow swears that 1508, small smokebox front no air tanks, was in green and claims to have a photo. Either way it's his to do as he wishes and I for one am glad to still see interest in building steam of any kind especially the handsome locomotives of the Frisco.
