Are there any maps of this rail line from Augusta to Haverhill?

One start for finding maps would be to go to usgs.gov and look at their Map Finder. Chances are there is a map there that covers your period of interest. If you are lucky, there will be a 1:24,000 quadrangle available for the time period. While topographic maps are notoriously low-detailed for most discriminating railroad modeling, they are a good place to start.

Curiosity got the better of me, so I checked the website and downloaded the zip files for "KS_Augusta_801565_1961_24000_geo.pdf" (Augusta 7.5 x 7.5 1961) and
"KS_Leon_801610_1963_24000_geo.pdf" (Leon 7.5 x 7.5 1963). The SL-SF line from Leon to Augusta is well marked on both maps in surprisingly good detail. Depending on your needs, these just might work for you. Haverhill is on the east side of the Augusta quad, so the Leon quad may not be necessary. There sure were a lot of oil wells in that area.
